Yes, we service and repair any unit already in the house, whether it was installed by us, another installer or the builder, and the diagnosis is quoted fixed before we touch it.
How long does a split system install take?
A standard back-to-back install on a single-storey brick-veneer home is usually a one-day job, and we clean the site and take the packaging away before we go.
Is heating included in the price discussion?
Yes, reverse cycle units heat as well as cool, so we size for the July cold as well as the January heat and quote the whole job once, upfront.
What warranty covers the work you do?
Our Lifetime Labour Warranty means if a fault occurs due to workmanship, the team returns and fixes it at no cost, alongside whatever manufacturer warranty applies to the unit.
